This app requires a Pause with Panda device, available at https://www.pausewithpanda.com/ Pause with Panda is a comforting and customizable friend that helps children learn to pause, identify and respond to their thoughts and feelings. Through audible, bite-sized exercises called "Pauses", Panda teaches children concepts that help them develop self-regulation, focus, awareness, kindness, mind-body connections and better sleep. This app allows you to personalize the content stored on Pause with Panda, record your own Pause and more.
