同樣商品、同樣取貨方式跟地點、同樣是倉庫出貨
兩邊完全一摸一樣的訂單，竟然是後訂的先到，然後先訂的到現在已經第八天了不只沒有處理
詢問客服，客服也完全不處理，真的不知道這麼大間的公司到底員工訓練怎麼做
連處理訂單的優先順序都不懂，然後還好意思裝死
我就看你們要拖多久才會處理，用兩筆訂單看清一間公司的做事效率跟員工訓練成效，還真值得

收到有瑕疵的手錶，遲遲不肯退貨
商品有問題，申請退貨回來收，但寄到廠商手上多日也不退款，也不聯絡就拖著，選擇購買平台還是很重要的

Stuck in the past
I use this a lot for the convenience of shopping online, but the style, feel and layout of this app remind me of something I would have seen ten or more years ago. It’s not very intuitive, difficult to navigate, no product or seller reviews, it also has outdated and troublesome customer service practices. At the very least, this kind of service MUST offer product and seller reviews on the product page, they only reason they won’t do it must be so they can keep selling cheap flimsy products and hope people don’t notice before the extremely short 7 day window has closed.
