Lost all my data

I use the app for many years and I love it. While The app ask me to sign in or get started from the beginning recently when I’m using it. After I did, I found out that all my data has lost! It look like a brand new account for me! How could that happened?😭

Best period recording app. Using since 2016. Better than Apple health. Easy, no fuss.

Lost all data

This app made me create my account when I opened it today, but it never happened until today. So I did created my account, but l also lost all my previous data. Great, now makes me wonder should I continue to use it.
