改善店家與客人溝通管道
您好，我覺得在店家與客人之間溝通的部分，不太好聊天，很多商品都有「客製化」，但是設計師跟客人常常會收不到訊息，常常有一方在那邊等待，等到最後要先按出貨單，然後看到客人的手機號碼，打電話過去詢問客製化事項。希望可以平台裡面聊聊的時候處理好客製化問題。我在使用蝦皮的時候不會有這個問題，只要這個問題改善，整個變更好噢👍🏻

新奇、有趣、豐富、創意
疫情前曾到很多實體文創商圈或是展演參觀，要嘛人擠人無購物品質，或是有的採門票入內制（店面營業時間內要逛完），再來是商品有限！若有買物品都盡量挑小物件（因要自己攜帶回家），無法挑大物件（以免走在路上被人議論以為是要資源回收🤣）
而這網站很方便，產品創作豐富多元，還不用門票（24小時皆可瀏覽網頁，下單），無論大小物件，挑中就宅配或超取（極便利）
