When you enable Cloud Vault backup in the app, you are required to provide a Cloud Vault Password. Your Cloud Vault Password is never backed up to our servers and used as a secret value that only you know to encrypt/decrypt your files. This means we have NO ability to view your photos. This also means that if you forget your Cloud Vault Password, you will also not be able to view your Cloud Vault data. Please write it down.

Easy to use

Easy to use and secure sensitive photos!

Unhappy with support

Don’t think your pictures are safe. If you only backup through iCloud all of your data may go missing while changing to a new device.

The support team asked if I updated to the newest version, asked for a video and after that never replied again after they had asked to contact them again if problem persists.

Having bought the pro version before and receiving this support I feel I will not spend money on their products again.

Also if you are using the product now be sure to use a computer to do a backup iCloud won’t help you!

Extremely disappointed with this.

Some flaws

Error in storing video bigger than 20M
Can’t import or restore slow motion video
Can’t arrange photos in certain order, date of creation, inside the folder
