保證回覆對業主沒什麼約束力，但是對技術提供者雖然會有些希望但業主可能點選後看完訊息就沒下文確已收費的情況有些不公平
我很怕業主對每個報價者（每案上限5位）都點選觀看內容（平台已收費）後確沒有進一步訊息。又有些故障狀況縱使經過雙方電話直接溝通也沒有辦法非常了解實際問題的重點（因為客戶無法準確形容狀況），導致有30%以上的平台收費都是沒有實質的效益。當然不奢求可以有80%以上的接案率，但對於上述的情況總感覺被收了冤枉費用⋯⋯
自由接案方便
以個人工作室而言接案非常方便好用，但希望能新增客人端有「確定雇用」及提醒客人「完成雇用」等項目。
有時候遇到報價後客人已讀沒回，但報價費用已經由平台吸收，若是客人未僱用希望能多退回一部分的報價花費，不然累積下來是很大的花費。
