Hi Erik, can you send me more info and context about this error to hello@profoto.com?
We are aware of some bugs and they will be solved very soon. The new iOS 13 brought us a lot of new features but also a lot of work for developers to catch up.

Cannot use on 12 pro max

I use this app with C1+ but once I trigger the flash it will quit immediately.

Thanks, please try the latest update 2.5.0!
We added Apple ProRAW support, in addition to RAW format.
Now Auto Exposure works also with B10 and A10 and it works much better.

And... we are also working on a new app! Very soon!
