PsychoHarmonics is an application that uses cognitive behavioral techniques and therapeutic harmonic frequencies. It has been developed in Canada, and has been demonstrated to produce positive results.

PsychoHarmonics employs indirect suggestion and visual imagery to induce a therapeutic relaxation response which reciprocally inhibits sympathetic autonomic arousal.
