Video glitches

My internet connection is fine but recently the video starts to freeze and the audio goes on, I reopen or redownload the app still the same :0

Where is the option to choose topics?

Why has the options to choose topics disappeared? Now I have to search through all these topics to find the one I want? I even signed up in the belief that this would solve the issue, but it didn't.
