Iphone 15 Pro Max scrolling issue!

It's been about a month with the latest updates and I'm still having scrolling issues on the latest flagship iphone 15 Pro Max! Safari opens fine but if you scroll to the bottom of a webpage with a lot of content it glitches and jumps back to the top of the page. Anyone else having these issues? Over a month now frustrating apple...
