本來登入渣打只要用滑的就可以解鎖，不用設密碼去記，結果一更新登入的方法就只剩下要輸入密碼才能登入，對於手機渣打沒設密碼的人就不好登入，所以我才給兩顆星

鬼打牆
用行動電話打客服結果輸入指示數字，一直說沒輸入然後鬼打牆式的一直問我是否接受滿意調查，一直浪費我的行動電話費用，但輸入身分證卻可以，什麼客服系統，不用來電詢問滿意度調查整個感覺就很差了
