Selfridges 4+

It’s generally good and easy to use but sometimes it will crash and give false information, the common false information I got was something like ‘plz select less items, we do not have that many in stock’ when I only clicked one piece ...also, got sign out of APP frequently.

Selfridges服務很糟糕！ 整張訂單送錯貨，聯絡客服處理錯誤貨品送回，還附了一張紙說明原因。結果，Selfridges收到退回貨品後，居然拒絕退款。聯絡客服推託老半天，說是倉儲的問題，也沒有要幫忙調查處理。Selfridges出錯要消費者買單，太過分了

Selfridges service is terrible! The entire order was sent to the wrong items. I contacted the customer service to process the return of wrong items and attached a paper in the box to explain the return reason. As a result, Selfridges refused to refund after receiving the returned goods. I contacted the customer service who and dodged for a long time and said that it was a warehouse problem. Selfridges didn't investigate and deal with issue till now. Selfridges made a mistake and asked consumers to bear the cost of mistake. Very disappointed.

I love everything about this app except for sometimes problems occurred when downloading the pictures and the information about the products and it happens quite often, I think it is something that can be improved.
