電話也不通知業者說出貨了運輸了，直到我（自己）去打電話給客服，才知道我的貨被退了？然後用各種方法都拿不回來，轉運站不能拿、電話也都不通知，什麼爛公司 好好檢討一下吧？我打電話去的時候一下說東西還在台灣我只要重新訂貨就會在出貨，一下又說不能拿了哦已經被退就是直接退回寄方那邊，到底拿不拿得到都沒有一個說法，也沒有一個統一說法笑死不想讓我拿就不想讓我拿藉口一大堆破綻百出，還在那自以為是拿公制規定來說嘴，可憐破公司
