It’s iOS 13 era now still cannot register the lock!

The sHome app on new iPhone 11 series won’t register a doorlock even though the process was done strictly following the instruction on the user’s manual (i.e. turn off all registered smartphones’ Bluetooth). The app just quitted unexpectedly right after clicking the new lock registration icon.

People complaint that their iPhone could not work with the Bluetooth-supported doorlock after upgraded to iOS 10. Years have passed and most iPhones will have iOS 13 preinstalled, and still no satisfactory fix. It’s quite disappointing!

Samsung cannot answer any question regarding the app?

Let me tell you a funny story, I called the Samsung customer service telling them that I cannot connect this app to my door lock. They told me the contact the place of purchase. But this app is down, not my lock. But the call centre said they have nothing to do with this app.
This is freaking crazy. What’s wrong with this company?

Finally, I can register this app with my door lock. Use for few months. Now it cannot open the door lock via this app anymore. Guess what, because app said My phone did not connect network, but I make sure I can access net. This app also cannot access FAQ or any info too. DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.
