Simple Now sends you daily exercises that are very short and extremely simple. These exercises are designed to bring your attention back to the present moment and are inspired by the teachings of world leaders in mindfulness. Each exercise is described in one or two sentences and can be done anywhere.

Over time, the mindfulness you experience when performing the exercises will begin to spill over into the rest of your life. You will find yourself experiencing more mindfulness as you go about your day to day life.

Why practice mindfulness at all? Put generally, mindfulness will let you perceive everything in your life with more clarity. This clarity allows you to re-balance how you perceive and engage with yourself and the world around you. Here is a breakdown of what that re-balancing can lead to:
