Insightful learning

Before, I was a struggling medical student who almost wanted to quit~ after learning many insightful skills on Skillshare, I feel like I’ve retrieved the hope I long lost! Thank you Skillshare, for giving me the courage to go on~ I am ready to challenge my next semester, head on!

Watch out for Sketchy Subscription Tactics

I logged in with my social media account, which ties to an email I never use. So when Skillshare automatically charged me a yearly subscription of $99 for the past 2 years, I did not know. When I found out recently Ive been charged third time for 2021, I tried to cancel but it’s too late. I missed their “7-day grace period”. They know I’ve been inactive for 2 years and that people often forgot cancel the auto charge payment system. Still, they refuse to refund and choose adhere to their sketchy business model.
