Sleep problems are very common. One way to improve sleep that has proven effective is to limit the time in bed. In this app you log your approximate time spent in bed and approximately how much of this time you have actually slept. Based on your individual sleep habits the app will then give you tailored recommendations for how you in an effective and careful way can limit the number of hours you spend in bed. This to maximize your chances to get good sleep.

Please note that this app is made for you who are suffering from Insomnia. If you are suffering from sleep apnea, restless leg, narcolepsy or another similar sleep disorder you shall not use this sleep app to improve your sleep. In these cases, instead please consult your doctor to get help.
