SolMed application is an application hosting a suit of meditation and non-clinical hypnotherapy tracks. Hypnotherapy, meditation, sacred soul alignment and Reiki are incorporated into the tracks for maximum healing outcomes. The app may help reduce symptoms of tiredness, mild anxiety, self-esteem and self-worth deficiency and difficulty sleeping. It can also be utilised for self-paced spiritual development.
There are 3 completely free meditations included with the App download.
The app is not a replacement for professional mental health services.
