很失望
已經用幾年了，網頁速度還是超級慢有時候還會卡，完全沒有要改善的意思。買東西常常遇到商品內容標示不清而買到不符期望的東西，像是顏色翻譯有問題還反過來說消費者的不是，這次很久沒買了想說再試試，結果還是被網頁標題騙，但是退貨非常麻煩時間也拖很久只能自己認栽。
客服很慢
很卡不好用就算了
退款相關問題 客服一直不回覆
真的很沒效率
