Language Option Unavailable
Personally, I downloaded this application as in this particular “Starbucks TW” description, it clearly stated that users would be provided with an English language option from its addition to the Traditional Chinese language option to be able change within the application itself. I would clearly have to state that users were led to believe that such an option was there when it clearly was not provided after having used Google Translate of its “Settings” page menu options.
Therefore, until such an issue is resolved, I can personally say that “Starbucks” will have one less customer to serve their overpriced drinks. 🙂
Keeps logging me out…
Like everyone else, since updating to iOS 15 the app constantly logs me out and I have to keep logging back in.
Also, the new online ordering system would be great if local stores actually updated it with their current stock: it’s basically I possible to buy food through the app because it’s all shown as out of stock, even if the local store does have the food!
