Can’t login in apps

Please help to check why I cannot use apps to log in but can in website by using the same password and Hub ID

Can’t dismiss keyboard

When login app requires me setup OTA via sms or email. And then it is unable to dismiss keyboard .. can not tap ok. Then can not login.

I can't even key in my birthday to set up Hub ID

I can't even key in my birthday to set up Hub ID. It is a serious problem. Whatever the birthday month I choose, it shows 12 and minus one year the year I choose every time I reset the month.
