After the last update, fail fail fail.

Before update everything is fine. Since last update then becomes the nightmare
This app can’t use in China anymore because I have tried to connect to my VPN(other VPN provider) router then the app was working fine.
When I switch back to normal China network then always fail, contact support then useless. Just ask me to do the troubleshooting, after I spend 1 hour then I give up.
Now this app is only working fine outside China. If you are in China forget it!

I fixed it !

Replaced protocol to IKEv2 instead of idiot auto which uses wireGuard as default option, and finally got my functional connection back after the whole month.

Any app that hides the auto-renewal button should be condemned.

The button in the description to cancel automatic renewal cannot be found in the APP or Apple ID. I wrote to them to find the renewal plan page. (Not present in any cancellation instructions). After canceling automatic renewal, my automatic renewal was turned on without any notification? When I contacted the customer service staff after being charged, I only received repeated responses that no refunds could be made. There was no explanation at all as to why the renewal was opened again. The initial experience of using surfshark was very pleasant, but after this time I started to feel distrustful. It is recommended that anyone who wants to change plans can simply delete their account.
