Enable Apple Health with your Apple Watch to keep track of all your activity in the Sweat app.

Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Read our full Terms and conditions & Privacy Policy:

Why can’t I listen to the music?

As title. I can’t listen to any of those music in this app. This app help me to exercise a lot!

Brilliant app for women🏋🏼‍♀️

Just downloaded the app and already love how easy it is to navigate. Everything is so clear and informative. Has so much more than I anticipated my favorite feature is the workout schedule is set for me but there is still the option to make changes. The one thing that would make the app more user friendly would be the option of flipping the screen so it could be used with the iPad widescreen.

Helped me realized the fitness is about health

I’m currently doing Kelsey Wells’ PWR at home program and I’m loving it. She and all the other trainers are truly role models and she particularly helped me understand that even though having physical goals in terms of look and strength is important, fitness is ultimately about health! ❤️❤️❤️
