當有人叫車時，系統會自動通知範圍內的車輛。

*上傳的資料是為了確認執照之有效日期，並確保營業登記證，行照和駕照皆為登記同一人，這麼做是希望保障所有使用我們平台的用戶，讓平台上皆為合法計程車。
