Thank you for bringing us such a good APP. It is very useful.

I like the app, but the customer service is non existent

I like the app, it works well for the classes I teach and helps keep track of all the aspects I need to see the students development, and their strengths and weaknesses.

However I got logged out and have not been able to log back in for almost two weeks. During that time I have tried to contact the customer support through their message facilities, Facebook messenger, email and any other option I could find. None of the messages have been answered, acknowledged or even read. It is such a let down, I would love to continue to use the app and recommend it to others, but if they can’t even answer a support message then I cannot in good conscience recommend this app to anyone, or continue to use it.
