How to contact to fix my premium access issue?

I saw a developer response asking me to provide my email or issue ticket. But… how/where am I able to provide such an information? I’ve done it via your app “submit a ticket” and “provide feedback” multiple times…. Any e-mail I can contact, please????

Never use it again

I’d never ever use this app again, since there no any instruction or reminder to tell how to cancel the subscription till my money has been charged. Can’t find the subscription in mobile and also in the app. Me like a fool

If you purchased through in-app payment you will need to cancel through your device settings. If you purchased via card or Paypal, you can cancel via your account on Tennis TV once logged in.
