Worst buying experience
The Outnet delivered wrong thing and the customer have to pay the local tax and shipping fee. They denied just resend the right thing but ask you make a new order and wait for refund. Nobody have the time and interest to bother. Since the app provide less and less information and details of their merchandise, I suggest everyone think again.
Online shopping
Can’t browse online shopping. Quantity appeared online is not clear when sold out.
Awful shopping experience!
It says on the delivery page that it takes 3-6days to deliver. I have an order 9days ago and is still processing! My order hasn’t even dispatched(and it takes time to deliver afterwards). I wrote email to customer service three times and they only replied during the sales period they have higher order volumes! Then never reply on when the order will be dispatched and sent! Awful shopping experience!!
