They won’t help anyways

Don’t waste your time as well as money on TRR.
After I received my sandals, there’s a huge mark that wasn’t in my expectation.
And the condition it’s worse then it should be, I’ve purchased from them for several times, this thing shouldn’t happen at all.
TRR didn’t mention in description box neither in the pictures.
They only offer 20 box credit and there’s even a hilarious expiration date.
Like seriously, would you purchase at the same store in 60 days when you just had a extremely upset shopping experience and useless customer service?
I believe asking a permanent site credit is not a over demanding request, however, they don’t give a fxxk.
NEVER EVER purchase from TRR.

The consumer service is bad. Don’t buy from them!

The APP can make you purchase easily. However, it is very hard to reach the consumer service email or hotline if there is anything wrong. The shipping cost is super high with slow speed. Not recommend it at all :(
