We are excited to announce the "Product Banners" on the Home screen and "Complain" feature which is recently added in the app to cater customer queries and concerns through TPL Life app. Now customers can easily track the complaint status.

Your home screen now features a vibrant product banners, a bright new addition to the app experience!

Complaint Initiation: Customers can now quickly submit complaints about existing policies. When filing a complaint, users must enter a policy number, complaint type and a description.

Complaint Tracking: Users can see a list of complaints, including complaint number, status, and date. This service allows customers to track the status of their complaints and remain updated about any developments.
