Description

Training Feel is an app that allows you to monitor the training load through the subjective assessment of the athlete.
To begin, athletes must complete a wellness questionnaire prior to starting the session.
Once finished, each athlete must indicate the subjective effort value that this training had, using a scale with references.
With these data, added to the duration of each session, Training Feel automatically calculates the A-C Ratio through the session-RPE method.
