As a True Weight Loss Solutions patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with True Weight Loss Solutions in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

The True Weight Loss Solutions app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the True Weight Loss Solutions app.
