無法課前做筆記
美中不足是無法課前下載教材資源，使用電子軟體的習慣已經越來越普及，希望未來能在課前預習課程時就支援直接筆記的功能，不然其實一張一張截圖真的很耗時。
能理解因為為保護教材權益無法下載，但若是增加輔助性的功能筆記會使預習準備及複習更有效率，也可以對此解套。
真心給予回饋希望能有機會被採納。

錯誤百出
當有問題想反應線上客服，輸入問題後會無人回應並自動跳出要求關掉頁面。反應此問題給公司已有一段時間但當時並沒有全力協助解決問題，直到昨日又發生而我再反應時才有技術人員打電話來確認，那之前的問題反應到底又是什麼意思？
另外口說練習裡面的字句有諸多錯誤像是標點符號，還有音檔和文字有出入。
線上客服人員有時也會不慎禮貌。
