Screen Mirroring + Chromecast 4+

It’s really not a good or worked app that I’ve used so far.
Just very few times are worked.
Now it’s crashed after I did update, not working anymore.
Every time I run it and click mirror to tv then the app pop up a message that want you back to app or ok, I don’t really know what’s happing now?
I spent money but not working, what will you do if you are me?

Give me a working fine app!!!

Please try the following options that may help:
(1) Please make sure you have a stable internet connection (both your iOS device and the receiver device). Please also try to move your wifi access point (or router) nearer to your receiver device and your sender device to improve the signal.
(2) Please make sure that the energy-saving mode of your phone is not activated. This can lead to incorrect transmission.
(3) With high-resolution media, there may be missing frames during the transfer. Please try to lower the resolution of the media in such cases.
(4) Please try to turn off both your smartphone and your Cast device completely (pull the plug) and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
(5) If you have more than one screen mirroring app installed, please uninstall them and try again.
(6) Please update your iOS device to the latest iOS version, as the Screen Mirroring apps runs much more stable on iOS Version 13.+.
If this does not help you, could you send us screenshots or video clips showing the issue via e-mail (info@video-tv-cast.com)? Please also add information about the sender device (example: iPhone 7 with iOS 11.1) and the receiver device (example Chromecast xyz). Thank you very much in advance. We'd love to hear from you.

After buying Chromecast, I am looking for a good mirror app to mirror my iPhone and iPad screen to TV. Since the rating of this app is quite good, I just bought it few weeks ago. Although it can work as it describes, however, the quality is not good enough, especially the lag is really annoying. When I play a movie on my iPhone, it works well, but when mirror it on TV, it’s totally a different story. Even I adjust the resolution and frame rate to the lowest, it still lags a lot, and I could not see it clear. I do believe it should be updated ASAP.
