地圖有時都不準確…送到達目的時 地址跟位置不對，還需花時間找路而延誤下一位客人的送餐時間，容易導致被客人負評，希望可以改善 謝謝
不要只有顧客可以評價辛苦的外送人員
希望不要有送上樓服務，跟有評價客人的選項，讓此評價分享各位外送同伴，也能讓貴公司能知道客人對外送夥伴的態度及送餐服務的實際狀況，不然只有客人能評分外送員，讓很多外送夥伴很委屈！
其實有很多不友善的顧客及百般刁難外送人員的社區警衛，還有門口張貼禁止外送人員進入的公告，讓人心裡超級不舒服，但是裡面還是有人會點餐，讓辛苦的外送人員在外大中午日曬等顧客，沒辦法拒絕，也希望能在接單時，能知道顧客的歷史態度，讓外送人員能評價顧客，減少外送員的委屈及送餐時的心情，大受影響，有過濾機制，才能讓平台有更好的服務效率！
