Worst Service

Placed an order and received a message stating they were out of certain dishes. Called the restaurant and changed my order. Told them I was driving and couldn’t access my Uber app. Person said he would make the changes. But when I opened app later I noticed my order was canceled. I called the restaurant again. They said it was an app thing and I needed to replace that order. I told them about my previous call and mentioned it was irresponsible of them to cancel my order even though they said they’d take care of it. They ignored me. I ended up placing another order. But guess what? They deliberately canceled it without any explanation. I called twice. No one answered. How about that?!

I believe it’s getting worse and worse

Uber Eats used to be reliable, with good drivers, high food standards and great customer service. Recently I feel it is getting bad and no longer better than Food Panda. 1. I’ve been getting more drivers without Uber insignia or proper food storage boxes. It’s not professional, feels unsafe and unhygienic. 2. Received food tonight. It was really cold. The driver was quite late (it took around 30 minutes longer than UBER expected) but the bottom of the box was really cold so it must have been stored on top of something cold. I was at work so didn’t have a microwave available. The order was just over $450NT and UBER gave me a 50NT refund - I threw away the food and ordered from Food Panda. So disappointed UBER was always a little more expensive, but used to be more professional and reliable than Food Panda. Because of work I order from UBER about ten times a week but still customer service just seems automated (through China now too as the Chinese is now simplified) and poor quality.

生鮮購物部分希望能更精準的找到東西,而不是跑出一堆不相關的物品。一個個看實在很浪費時間。

期待未來服務範圍能更廣,例如顯示太遠或超出原免運範圍的店家,若仍要購買可以另外收取費用,增強服務~既不受限於區域,消費者也能品嘗到更多樣化的美食。
