餐廳遭受暫停服務尋求幫助卻無門
因為洗錢防治的關係需要上繳商業登記抄本，但因為我上繳的資料遭退件，所以我的帳號被停用，停用的第一天我立即打電話給客服，客服人員跟我說，因為我是登記攤販不用上繳商業登記抄本然後他就又幫我開通了帳號，過沒幾天又再次的遭受暫停服務，我又再次撥打客服電話，這次客服說的跟上個客服是一樣的話，想當然我以為就跟上次一樣沒事了，結果幾個小時之後我發現不對勁我的帳號怎麼還是沒開通，於是我又撥打了客服，這次客服說因為我的問題需要交給相關單位協助處理他會在請相關單位與我聯絡，結果一等就是隔天了隔天我再次撥打客服，一樣的互踢皮球一樣的官方客套話完全沒變，也沒跟我講半個解決辦法，或是請相關單位跟我說我遭退件的原因，只有一直說「照成你的不便深感抱歉我們會儘速處理你的問題再與妳聯絡」結果還是沒聯絡還是我自己主動去與他們聯絡直到昨天我才知道我需要重新上傳資料，當下我也立即上傳了，心想那就沒事了吧，結果今天還是遭退件，於是我再次撥打客服，客服一樣的官方客套話又再次給我一套組合拳，於是我當下立馬不留任何希望給客服了，我自己趕緊上網爬文詢問解決辦法才得已解決，我只能說Uber的客服應該是我這輩子遇到最差、辦事效率最低、官方客套話最多、根本無妨幫自己解決問題的客服了，甚至我還覺得我比較像是他的客服
客服似乎沒辦法與人類進行溝通
更改菜單更改了一個禮拜⋯客服還愛回不回（兩天回一次）改了四五次還是錯一大堆，明明東西也不多且資料跟需要更改哪裡都給的很完整明瞭，價格還亂改，害我們只能暫停接單接近一個禮拜，虧損的請問由誰進行賠償？可以麻煩客服睡醒再上班嗎？或者新增電話客服。顧客是上帝我們商家就不重要嗎？
