At the end of the quiz there are options for customers to choose 1 month plan or 3months plan or sth but don’t trust them! They always charge more than that number! 3 months plan is about $817 tw dollars and I received another transaction about $942 tw dollars!!!!! I wrote an email asking them to give the $942 back to my account . I didn’t even ask them to give all money back since it’s the worst experience! And I received an email say I didn’t meet the criteria and they are not giving me back my money! I didn’t even get the reason why they charged me twice??But they would like to offer another three months for free! I didn’t ask for that! That’s how they PHISHING！！They charge you more and when you ask for money back they offer you sth else other than money! Not acceptable!
做完測驗之後後面會有選擇一個月還是三個月還是半年的mealplan。 不要被騙， 他們收了一次費用之後會立刻扣第二筆錢。寫信去客服要第二筆費用回來 甚至都沒有要全部的費用回來！客服回信說不符合資格 甚至都沒說第二筆費用是幹什麼用的 只說要提供額外的三個月免費的meal plan？什麼意思？這根本是網路釣魚 真的可惡！

這個APP跟詐騙沒兩樣。
當你做完測驗，選擇了你要的訂閱方式後，它又會彈出訊息問你是否要什麼膳食計畫，它並沒有明確告知你這計畫是不在原本的訂閱裡的，是需要額外付費的，上面也沒有顯示金額。等你按了YES之後，就莫名其妙突然又被收費 :)

寫信去申訴也沒有用，所謂的幫助部門只會打太極，最後告訴你，你不符合退款資格。
當初下載這個APP之前，大大的30天免費退款根本只是噱頭，其實有很多細項是防止你退費的。最好笑的是，當我取消訂閱之後(防止到期繼續被扣費)，它還會一直阻止你離開，給你什麼額外幾個月的免費訂閱，根本沒有地方可以拒絕。然後又跳回去等待頁面，你要再等上幾個小時，等可以取消的界面更新後，你才能按取消。
如果你有仇人，可以推薦它下載這個app把對方氣得半死，不然遠離這個APP吧 :)

This app is just a trap, just like every other review on the App Store says; it's the shadiest app EVER! After you purchase their subscription, they ask if you want to try another feature, but it DOES NOT mention that the feature actually costs you. There is no price shown until you press YES, and then you've fallen into their trap. I have written emails asking for a refund for the extra feature only because I agreed to the subscription, so I am okay with the subscription payment. However, the Support Team refused my request for a refund, arguing that I agreed to the extra feature, which doesn't even have clear information on its actual cost!

The 'Support Team' is probably going to reply with another 'we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused,' but they will not actually do anything to solve this issue because this is how they make money from unknowing customers. :) Don't download this app unless you are prepared to be scammed.

I completed the quiz and didn’t understand why I’ve been charged for 3 amounts (almost 100usd).
Tried to download the app to know more on it and to get some help from the support center. I asked for refunds but didn’t receive any answers.
The meal records is not convenience for Asia people. Not much chinese food is including in the calories calculation.
Still waiting for the responses. It has been almost a week or more!!
