Cancelled orders for no reason

My orders were cancelled for no reason, even after received the confirmation email of the purchase. Also I contacted the customer service and guess what no help at all. They just kept claiming is my issues, however, I contacted my bank and confirmed there’s no hold or any registration block on my account.

Dear luciewiththeie, we are sorry to hear that your order has been cancelled. Sellers have 7 or 14 days depending on their location to ship their item, before the order is automatically refunded. However, kindly note that sellers can cancel a sale, should they be unable to ship before the deadline. A full refund is then processed in this case and a voucher has also been shared with you by email regarding this inconvenience. I have been blocked since I buy the product on the app
