Description
VISIT is a user-friendly electronic guest system for iPads, which is used for the company's guests and other visitors, or the company's own employees.
When the company's guests arrive, they check in on the iPad, and an e-mail can be sent to the visitor's contact that the guest has arrived and it is also possible to receive an SMS when the guest arrives.
When company guests leave the company, they check out on the iPad - easily and simply.
VISIT Guest System has a backend database, which is stored on an external server in the cloud. It is also in the backend that the company can print out visit lists, or check who is in the building, as well as adapt the Visit Guest System to the company's needs. It is also possible to check guests both in and out, via the backend, in advance.
So now it's time to replace the old guestbook and pen, with the brand new super fast app based VISIT Guest System.
