舊版可以左右滑動依照心情更換多個版面更新後就不行了，改回來好嗎？我很喜歡那個功能。

I contacted Apple support by phone on 20 of January.
I went to Brisbane Apple shop on 21 of January for help.
Told him my problems with pictures and video

1.Ultra2 crown automatically turn around without touching it.
Around one week ago, it automatically turned around and enter password for many times.
That time, I went to shower and put it on my table. When I returned, found out it said Ultra 2 need to wait for 3 hours to unlocked it.
After 3 hours, without touching it, it still turned around and locked itself for five hours.
I contacted phone support with Apple support. They told me to repair it with my phone.

However, it still doesn’t work properly.

2. Ultra 2 sometimes flashing with red lights and then becoming hotter. Situation is getting worse.
On 19 of January Ultra 2 burns my front arm.
I took it off and saw blisters on my arm.
Rest more than one day without wearing it.
I contacted Apple support by phone on 20 of January.
21 of January, I went to Brisbane Apple Store. That time, I answered and provided all details of my situation. He told me Apple team members will call me cause it is severe and safety concern.

Till now , 26 of January, got no phone calls and response for my problem.

How long will you call me back? How to solve this problem ?

最近手錶每天都跳更新，但是更新時需先把手機的版本更新到最新，但是沒有信心把手機更新到最新版本，所以一直沒有更新手錶，然後手錶的螢幕就當了，連關機都不行，已經是第二次發生這樣的事情，請尊重別人不想更新，不要隨便搞當別人的手錶來達成叫人更新手機的目的。
