1. Keyless：Your smart phone is the key. Through our app, you can book, rent, turn your WeMo Scooter on and off and even open the trunk.
2. Free Flow System：Your ride where you need it! Through our service, find and rent a WeMo Scooter then return it anywhere in our operation zone.

Rental Steps：
1. Register：Join WeMo Scooter by
(1) Downloading the WeMo Scooter App
(2) Filling in your info
(3) Uploading your verification information
(4) Choosing a payment method
2. Renting：Launch the WeMo Scooter App to find a nearest scooter and reserve it. Turn on your WeMo scooter and open the scooter's trunk, and begin your journey!
3. Parking：Park your WeMo Scooter in a legal parking space inside our operating zone. From the WeMo Scooter App pay and return the scooter.

- Taipei City: All Districts
- New Taipei: Banqiao, Sanchong, Tamsui, Xindian, Xinzhuang, Yonghe, & Zhonghe
- Kaohsiung City: Nanzih, Zuoyiung, Sanmin, Gushan, Qianjin, Xinxing, Yancheng, Lingya, Qianzhen

Decent scooters but bad intention in transaction design
Scooters are functioning well in general, but the rental process and the app design are full of tricks to prolong your rental time, say like unable to turn on/off your scooters or open the trunk by the scooter built-in panel directly, ill-intentioned and unnecessary 3-sec long-press design on the phone to turn off the motor, unfriendly design in getting riding rewards(say like requiring users to press an extra button to claim rewards within a very limited time, even you have already completed the challenge requirement, which could be seen as nothing more than a trick to reduce reimbursement) These tricks are only found in WeMo but not on other scooter rental apps, partly proved these features unnecessary and poorly-designed.
