Hi! Thank you for your comments. Please make sure to regularly check for app updates, since we are releasing new versions rather frequently and all of those contain bug fixes as well as functional improvements :)

Does not work after first successful connection
Relocated to a new home, the 2.4hz wifi no longer works. Manual connection doesn’t work as well.

From the WiZ V2, press on Settings, scroll down and click on Help Center and from here you will be able to initiate a Live chat Support.

Every time to do the update, try and try, always fail and fail.
