【租借步驟】
■ 註冊會員：只需註冊一次，YouBike 1.0及YouBike 2.0皆可使用
■ 多元租借：每一會員帳號可註冊電子票證(悠遊卡、一卡通)及掃碼綁定信用卡共五張票證。
■ 還車扣款：確認車機螢幕資訊，並開啟APP交易紀錄，確認還車成功

全家綁在我手機上要借腳踏車，現在陷入兩難問題。 無法退也無失加保，令人非常困擾。
一堆數字，還要一張張找號碼核對，是要考驗記憶嗎？

收不到借還車通知
請問一下，為什麼我換了手機之後，就收不到借還車通知的簡訊呢？

忘記密碼
因為登入會員忘記密碼，使用重設密碼功能也無法修改且出現錯誤訊息，致電客服說資訊部也無法排除異常，只能刪除會員資料重新綁定，讓人無法理解，不就只是單純忘記密碼重新設定而已⋯⋯
