Discrepancy in Baggage Allowance for International Flights
The app has a bug in displaying and allocating baggage allowance for international flights. When booking through the app, it shows and allocates 1 bag of 23kg, but the same booking on the website shows and allocates 2 bags of 23kg each. This caused confusion at check-in, although the staff was understanding. Kindly fix this issue to ensure consistency and avoid inconvenience.
