not getting request
its look you been choose driver to work with,i have been drive for one month and half am not getting much request,but my fellow they get a lot of it,Every time i tell you say your account is fine try your to get strong in your phone,i did but nothing why is that so hard at first it was fine but now nononononono why i have high rates off work
Suggestions
Sometimes we have to go far to rich a customer from where we are and where they have requested, and there’s no even little refund in order to help us refund fuel. Also sometimes the distance that a customer is going is too long compared to the price that they pay something which makes most of drivers to avoid long distance trips.
Third and the last thing is that there’s no proper way to make a customer pay back the money if they have not paid for the service also i think drivers should be asked also first before blocking their acc in case of any loss report from the customer because sometimes they are the one who forget things in our cars or maybe they have never dropped anything in our cars
There’s no in app calling and reply place for a driver
Within the app there is only a place for a passenger to send message to driver but there’s no reply space for a driver to send back feedback to his/ her passengers. Again there should be in app data calling to simplify communication between different networks.
