Description
This App E x a K i d , "exanthems in childhood" and other accompanying diseases help visually to diagnose common and uncommon conditions and diseases encountered in clinical practice.
It can be of assistance for medical students, doctors, nurses or other health professionals looking after patients who may develop skin problems. And last but not least it may be helpful to parents of sick children who suddenly break out in a rash.
A first impression and overview is given, but this does not replace a visit to the doctor. There are over 60 skin diseases during childhood over 400 photos of known diseases.
A short description of each disease is given and illustrated with six photos. Etiology and connections between various kinds of diagnosis are deliberately left to reference books and explanatory articles. It is essential to train the eye in order to recognize changes in children's skin.
