Dear Instagram technical support I am reporting back to you again that my followers are having some difficulties to see me even though they have their notifications on please tell me what is happening to my page because this is the 5th day and nothing has been replied back to me me so I feel very disappointed and unsatisfied so as unsafe thinking 🤔 May be some one is trying to hack my account. Please do something it can’t not be possible that more than 50 followers are saying the same thing that they can’t find me when they search my account. What can I do on my side to solve this problem? And why does it take too long for you guys to act on this situation? For real am so stressed 😩 Insta has been acting very strange and bad now a days I don’t like it the way it’s acts now adays 😢.
Regarding the new reel update
when i upload the reel i choose the “show on feed” option so my followers will see the reel, but the reel doesn’t show up on my feed regardless. the instagram algorithm is already against me so i need my followers to see the reel to give it any chance of hitting the explore page. i’ve tried multiple times and the reel always leaves my feed after showing up for only the first second after i upload
Instagram should communicate in advance
Honestly Instagram they never do their deep research I wonder how they get to decide to shut down our accounts, I once went thru such a situation that my account was terminated without even being told what exactly I did wrong so I suggest you communicate with us so we know your next actions or just tell us what to fix so as to stay in operation as simple as that.
