Business Accounts Disable
Hello Instagram,
I think it’s unfair how you can just wake up and disable businesses account and giving very general excuses. Yes you own the platform but you should have a lil bit of empathy for our businesses because behind this we are really people… we have invested so much time and the little money we have to earn followers n their trust. Imagine the stress of waking up n finding ur business has been closed and all you can do is send emails you don’t know when you will be answered.
You have disabled my account on 31st December 2021 and to this moment 13th January I don’t know exactly what I have done to deserve that. So here is my small piece of advice to you;
1. If you aim to serve ur users n uplift small businesses at least warn someone on spot when ur “ guidelines” have not been followed and give someone a time frame to rectify the issue.
2. When you decide to disable account atleast tell someone exactly what they have done wrong. That way people can learn n not repeat the same mistakes. Cause you give very general excuses leaving someone guessing
3. I have filled the appeal form you said you will check the appeal shortly, this is a 13th day n there is no response. Please give us timelines that r true
NOT GOOD
Dear Instagram technical support I am reporting back to you again that my followers are having some difficulties to see me even though they have their notifications on please tell me what is happening to my page because this is the 5th day and nothing has been replied back to me me so I feel very disappointed and unsatisfied so as unsafe thinking 🤔 May be some one is trying to hack my account. Please do something it can’t not be possible that more than 50 followers are saying the same thing that they can’t find me when they search my account. What can I do on my side to solve this problem? And why does it take too long for you guys to act on this situation? For real am so stressed 😩 Insta has been acting very strange and bad now a days I don’t like it the way it’s acts now adays 😢.
Regarding the new reel update
when i upload the reel i choose the “show on feed” option so my followers will see the reel, but the reel doesn’t show up on my feed regardless. the instagram algorithm is already against me so i need my followers to see the reel to give it any chance of hitting the explore page. i’ve tried multiple times and the reel always leaves my feed after showing up for only the first second after i upload
