Kupesa points is just like fraud, I have paid using my Visa card and the balance has been deducted but I have not received the points I bought,
it has been a week now. There is no customer service where you can get help. I have DMed them on Instagram but the massages are not being answered.
and the saddest thing is that, many comments on Instagram, people have complaints about this issue and they don't respond to anything other than deleting their comments. fix this issue.
