The New Upgrade
Thanks to Vodacom for upgrading and modifying this app. As I really didn’t like it as it had lots of bugs and didn’t respond. Please every Vodacom user should download and have this app, as it’s a life saver.
Lot of bugs 🐞
As a Vodacom customer, I was excited to try out the Vodacom app for easy account management. However, I have been extremely disappointed with its performance. The app has been crashing frequently, disconnecting my session, and asking for re-login multiple times in just a week or two. Moreover, some features are simply not working, and when I try to access them, the app crashes abruptly. It feels like the app was developed by a low-level programmer, rather than the reputable Vodacom brand. The constant issues and lack of functionality make it an unreliable and frustrating experience. I hope the developers at Vodacom address these problems soon and provide a more stable and functional app for their customers.
Your app is slow
Lemme start with this i always have to delete the app and download it again cos its too slow and sometimes i do write ma number and give out an otp den few weeks later. It acts like it doesnt recognize you again n u start writing the otp all over again and it denies you entry or the service is slow or “kuna tatizo ya kifundi try again after weeks”
Imagine kila saa waitin and all it shows its the vodacom logo for reals tena
Wats the point of havin an app if am still goin bak to *149*01# when the app doesnt want to open 🙄🙄🙄
Please work on this and still its usin internet that i pay for so am here wonderin whatsthe use of the app if its slow and and still munching off on ma bundle 🙄
